Italian Sausage Recipe
My dad has made his own Hot Italian Sausage for years. That of course leads us to look for different ways of preparing it and finding new Hot Italian Sausage Recipes. There are so many delicious Italian sausage recipes and dishes but I found one recipe the other day that I had never made before and it was delicious. I got the Italian Sausage recipe from a Boy Scout Cookbook.
I will share it with you and include some other great ways that we have prepared Italian sausage over the years.
1lb hot Italian sausage
1 C chopped green peppers
1 C chopped Celery
1 C chopped onion
1 C rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Fry sausage until brown. Add all other ingredients in casserole dish. bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
