Ripley is hosting their first annual chili cook-off and craft fair. It is to be held on March 13th in Ripley Central School's large gym found on Ross Street. We will have twelve participants in the cook-off. The cook-off will be held from 10am until 2pm. The winner of this event is to recieve a trophy. Afterwards there will be a Chinese Auction with many items to bid on.
The Backpackers club from Ripley Central Schoool will be holding a bake sale to help towards thier Grand Canyon hiking excursion. The craft fair will be held from 10am till 4pm. There will be crafters attending with a wide variety of items to choose from. There will besomething for everyone there. The price of admission to tiese events is only fifty cents for adults and twenty five cents per students, childern under the age of five will be admitted free of charge.
