This year’s Southern Tier Builders Association Annual Dinner Meeting is our 54th and it will be held at the Olives Restaurant, located at 215 West Lake Road in Mayville. A cocktail hour with a cash bar and complimentary appetizers will begin at 5:00 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.
This year’s dinner features a five station buffet with three carving stations each serving roasted tenderloin of beef, roasted pork loin, and chicken marsala, a pasta station with your choice of marinara, creamy basil pesto or alfredo sauce with fresh parmesan cheese, an accompaniment station with herb roasted potatoes and green beans, a salad station with four types of salads, and a plated dessert of cheesecake with raspberry couli. All dinners will include a full hour of appetizers starting at 5:30 PM consisting of warm spinach & artichoke dip, chicken wings, assorted cheeses & vegetables with mixed crackers and breads served with green goddess ranch dip. The cost is $38.00 per person.
