Terms and conditions for insertion on the Chautauqua County Business Directory
The goal of this Directory is to promote businesses located in Chautauqua County, New York. All orders are governed by the terms and conditions stated hereinafter. Acceptance of any modifications of these terms shall be subject to CT Travel, LLC (the service provider) prior written agreement.
Services & Pricing:
The Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory will provide one free business listing for each business legally registered business in Chautauqua County, New York. Paid listings are available as described below:
Premium: Premium Local 411 Listings include business name, address & contact info, direct-to-email customer contact form, link to website (if available), company logo (up to 10 photos, Googlemap & diving directions, 300 word company bio, eligibility for banner ad slots and social bookmarking (e.g. Facebook, Myspace, Twitter). Additionally Premium listings also receive embedded video player (up to 3 minutes), premium position in search results and eligible to contribute to "Thanks for the advice" column
1 Years - $350.00 - Setup: $0.00
Basic: Basic Local 411 Listings include business name, address & contact info, direct-to-email customer contact form, link to website (if available), company logo (up to 10 photos, Googlemap & diving directions, 300 word company bio, eligibility for banner ad slots and social bookmarking (e.g. Facebook, Myspace, Twitter).
1 Years - $200.00 - Setup: $0.00
The service provider will place the insertion into the data base of the Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory within a 48 hours after receiving the order. The data of the subscriber will be used as stated in the order.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation:
By sending his/her order, the subscriber accepts these terms unless he/she sends a cancellation within a period of seven days after the payment is made, after which the contract will come into force.
To be effective, the cancellation must be emailed to support@CQVibe.com
At its sole discretion, Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory reserves the right to refuse or cancel a listing or advertising to any company. If the listing or advertising is paid and refused within the before mentioned seven day period a refund will be applied.
We have a zero tolerance towards spam (sending unsolicited email). If any customer is associated with spam in any fashion whatsoever, it will be subject to deletion from this directory without warning and with no refund of fees paid.
Indemnification:
The service provider is not liable for damages caused by any technical or other failure arising in the data base of the Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory or any technical failure of the data base of the Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory. The service provider is not liable for damages caused by any error in the data base of the Chautauqua County Local 411 Directory.
In order to be effective, all undertakings notified verbally to the service provider’s employees must be necessarily confirmed in writing.
The place of jurisdiction in any dispute arising is the service provider’s address.
